About the event
This group meets in person on Thursdays for 6 consecutive weeks and is led by trained facilitators. This is a closed group, where each member has a pre meeting intake with the leaders prior to starting. Noone can join once the group has started. The group will not exceed 8 participants. Space can be limited. The group starts on Feb. 12th, 2026 qnd finished up om March 19th, 2026. Full participation each week is requested.
